I have no idea who this is.

The picture is the first of two I did for a friend. I scanned in the inks and then painted, so the next version is in colour... Personally, for this picture, I like the inks better. And yes, I have rather surrendered to the god of 'because it looks cool', I mean, how impractical is that hair? But hey - it, y'know, looks cool.
